Our client took vacant possession of their new premises and required air conditioning to heat and cool a combination of office space and specialist workshops.

There was no outdoor space available for the condensing units, so we constructed a custom thermal plant room, removed double glazed panels and replaced with all weather grilles.

Indoor ceiling cassettes were boxed in to create a more aesthetically pleasing look.
